![]() ![]() ![]() Sometimes after re-launch, the browser will freeze again requiring another Force Quit. I have to Force Quit Vivaldi to exit out of the frozen browser and relaunch. Resizing the browser window makes it turn a light gray color, and the application menus do not work. None of the web page elements, tabs, buttons, or other features are clickable and do nothing. ![]() When this bug occurs, the entire UI of Vivaldi becomes totally unresponsive. There appears to be some kind of strange bug with the software renderer that occurs at very inconsistent times. Well, most of the time anyway.ĭue to the old GPU in this iMac, Vivaldi defaults to software rendering. There are times when I do need to use the internet with the iMac and Vivaldi works well for this purpose despite the Mac's overall age. I use Vivaldi since it's one of the few updated web browsers that still supports this older Mac OS release, and it also provides a wonderful feature set that works well on the newer MacBook. I'm a primary MacOS user, and while I do most of my web browsing on a 2020 MacBook Pro, I do have an older 2008 iMac that I use for artwork creation. ![]()
